Coace ® W1A-1 is an anhydride modified polyolefin elastomer with extremely lowodor and TVOC, which has low glass transition temperature characteristics.
Polyamide (PA) polymers, such as PA6 and PA66, are widely employed in a variety of sectors due to their high mechanical and thermal stability. However, these polymers frequently have limitations in terms of impact resistance, particularly at lower temperatures. To address this disadvantage, the application of impact modifiers becomes critical. 
Impact modifiers with low glass transition temperatures, such as anhydride-modified polyolefin elastomers, improve impact resistance, low-temperature performance, and mechanical properties in PA6 and PA66 blends. 1. Anhydride Modified Polyolefin Elastomer: Impact modifiers for PA6 and PA66 are anhydride modified polyolefin elastomers. These modifiers are elastomeric materials having anhydride functional groups, which improve compatibility and interaction with PA6 and PA66 matrices.
2. Lower Glass Transition Temperature: One of the most distinguishing features of these impact modifiers is their low glass transition temperature (Tg). The low Tg allows the modifiers to retain their rubbery properties at lower temperatures, resulting in exceptional impact resistance and toughness for the PA6 and PA66 mixes even in cold conditions.
