Product Description: Coace® W1H

Coace® W1H is a maleic anhydride functionalized high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with a high grafting rate, designed for superior performance as a coupling agent. This product appears as white or light-yellow granules, offering excellent compatibility and adhesion capabilities in industrial applications. With a density of 0.95 g/cm³ and a melt flow rate of 1-4 g/10min (measured at 190°C with a 2.16 kg load), it provides reliable processability and mechanical enhancement.

Specific Applications

1. Coupling Agent for Polyethylene-Based Compounds
   Coace® W1H enhances compatibility and mechanical properties in polyethylene-based compounds, including low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cable compounds and wood-plastic composites (WPC).

2. Adhesion Enhancer for Coextrusion Processes
   This product significantly improves bonding strength between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and dissimilar materials, such as polyamides, EVOH, and metals, in coextrusion processes. It can be diluted during use for customized flexibility.

3. Performance Enhancer in Composite Materials
   Coace® W1H boosts the interfacial bonding strength, ensuring improved durability and structural integrity in composite materials.
