White Granules PBT PET Reinforcement Filler Toughening Agent with Low Residue

COACE's W510 is a grafted product containing glycidyl methacrylate functional groups. The polyolefin elastomer is used as the base material. It has high reactivity, low residue, and a white to white translucent granular appearance.It is both a polyester toughening agent and a polyester alloy compatibilizer.
Made to improve the mechanical qualities and processability of polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), the White Granules PBT/PET Reinforcement Filler Toughening Agent is a specialist polymer modification. GMA functional groups give reactive sites that enable strong interfacial bonding with a range of substrates, so acting as a perfect reinforcement filler.
1. Glycidyl Methacrylate Functionality: Strong covalent bonding with PBT and PET is made possible by the high degree of reactivity given by the GMA grafting, hence improving the interfacial adhesion and general mechanical properties of the blend.
