Coace® W1G-5 is a maleic anhydride grafted polymer with SEBS elastomer as the base material. It has good stability and aging resistance.
The PC/ABS Alloy Toughener is a maleic anhydride-grafted polymer with SEBS elastomer as its foundation. This unique combination has a synergistic effect, with the maleic anhydride component improving compatibility with polycarbonate (PC) and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) resins, and the SEBS elastomer providing outstanding toughness and impact resistance. The resulting toughener is intended to be easily diffused in PC/ABS blends, hence increasing overall mechanical qualities and processing characteristics.

Characteristic

Maleic Anhydride Grafted Polymer: This component improves adhesion and compatibility with PC/ABS matrices, resulting in greater dispersion and performance.

SEBS Elastomer: The SEBS elastomer base material enhances the PC/ABS alloy's hardness, impact resistance, and flexibility, hence increasing its overall durability.

Ageing Resistance: This toughener has excellent ageing resistance, making it ideal for applications that will be exposed to heat, UV light, and harsh chemicals over an extended period of time.
