Product Description

Macromolecular Coupling Agent for Inorganic Substances with Aging Resistance

COACE's main products are compatibilizers, tougheners and functional additives, which are used in: modified plastics, wood-plastic profiles, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables, PP extruded sheets, PE extruded sheets, and anti-corrosion pipes Coatings, hot melt adhesives, photovoltaic film additives and other fields, among which special products such as nylon ultra-low temperature toughener, polyester compatible toughener, alloy compatibilizer have reached the domestic advanced level.

Coace ® W1G-F is an anhydride modified Styrene-Ethylene-Butylene-Styrene elastomer with good stability and aging resistance.
We are happy to present modified styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) elastomer, a novel polymer coupling agent created especially to increase the aging resistance of inorganic materials. Maleic anhydride (MA) modification of this sophisticated polymer material greatly increases its overall durability in addition to improving its compatibility with inorganic components.

Characteristic


Age Resistance: Our SEBS elastomers disproved the conventional wisdom that aging results in polymer deterioration by showing greater mechanical tensile strength, rheological storage, and loss modulus than fresh samples after extensive aging testing.
Technology for modification: By increasing the chemical bonding force between SEBS and inorganic fillers, graft modification of maleic anhydride improves the material's bonding performance and dispersion.
The tensile and tear strengths of our SEBS-g-MA are much increased when it is mixed with commercial organoclay (20A) using melt mixing technique to create nanocomposites.
