Coace® W5D is a high-performance glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) modified polyolefin elastomer, designed to provide exceptional compatibility, toughness, and adhesion in polyester-based and polyolefin-based applications. With its high grafting rate and excellent processability, Coace® W5D is ideal for demanding industrial applications requiring superior mechanical and chemical properties. The product appears as white granules with a density of 0.92 g/cm³ and a melt flow rate of 10-20 g/10min, ensuring easy handling and processing.

Specific Applications

1. Toughener for Polyester and Fire-Retardant Polyester Compounds
Coace® W5D is an effective toughener for polyester materials, including PET, PBT, PET/FR, and PBT/FR, significantly improving impact resistance and mechanical performance.

2. Compatibilizer for Polyolefin and Polyester Alloys
