Product Description: Coace® B2

Coace® B2 is a maleic anhydride functionalized polypropylene-based masterbatch known for its high grafting rate, low odor, and extremely low TVOC emissions. This product is presented as white or light-yellow granules, with a density of 0.92 g/cm³ and a high melt flow rate of 80-120 g/10min (measured at 190°C with a 2.16 kg load). Its high maleic anhydride content significantly enhances adhesion, compatibility, and mechanical properties in polypropylene-based compounds and other polymer blends.

Specific Applications

1. Coupling Agent for Polypropylene-Based Compounds
   Coace® B2 is highly effective as a coupling agent in polypropylene-based compounds, improving the adhesion between infill materials (e.g., glass fibers, minerals) and the polymer matrix, leading to enhanced mechanical properties.

2. Compatibilizer for Polyamide and Polypropylene Blends
   This product improves compatibility between polyamide (PA) and polypropylene (PP) in polymer blends, enabling better dispersion and interfacial adhesion, which results in improved impact resistance and mechanical performance.
