COACE's main products are compatibilizers, tougheners and functional additives, which are used in: modified plastics, wood-plastic profiles, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables, PP extruded sheets, PE extruded sheets, and anti-corrosion pipes Coatings, hot melt adhesives, photovoltaic film additives and other fields, among which special products such as nylon ultra-low temperature toughener, polyester compatible toughener, alloy compatibilizer have reached the domestic advanced level.

Coace® R2120 is a silane-functionalized ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer with high silane content, high transparency, and low crystal point.

Acrylate-grafted photovoltaic grade ethylene-octene copolymer is a substantial development in photovoltaic EPE film materials. Its unique combination of improved thermal stability, electrical characteristics, mechanical strength, and UV resistance outperforms standard encapsulants. These qualities make it an appropriate addition for a wide range of solar PV applications, including traditional encapsulation films and revolutionary flexible and building-integrated photovoltaics. 
Acrylate grafted ethylene-octene copolymer is a modified copolymer in which acrylate groups are chemically linked (grafted) to the backbone of the ethylene-octene copolymer. This grafting procedure gives the copolymer unique features, which improves its compatibility with other materials and performance in demanding applications.

Characteristic


1. High Flexibility: The copolymer retains high flexibility over a wide temperature range, allowing the films to survive thermal cycling without cracking.
Acrylate groups promote adhesion to a variety of substrates, including glass, metals, and other polymers, which is critical for keeping the encapsulant layers intact in PV modules.
