Coace® W5AS

Coace® W5AS is an epoxy modified ethylene copolymer (POE-g-GMA) with a high glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) grafting rate, specifically designed to improve impact strength, compatibility, and adhesion in polyester-based applications. This product is presented as white granules, featuring excellent reactive group content and outstanding performance in toughening and compatibilization processes. With a density of 0.87 g/cm³ and a melt flow rate of 2-5 g/10min (measured at 190°C with a 2.16 kg load), Coace® W5AS provides superior processability and adaptability for a broad range of industrial applications.

1. Impact Modifier for Polyester Compounds
   Coace® W5AS effectively enhances the toughness of polyester-based compounds, such as recycled PET and PBT materials, offering improved impact resistance and durability for demanding applications.

2. Compatibilizer for PET/PO Blends
