Low Addition Amount EVA Special Functional Anti-Acidification Masterbatch

RM210A is a unique functional masterbatch based on the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. It is a masterbatch made of inorganic EVA that prevents acidification. It has the following properties: low addition amount, great efficiency, facile dispersion, and little effect on light transmission.

Characteristic

Masterbatch: Unique Formulation. The masterbatch contains a specific blend of additives and chemicals designed to improve acid resistance in EVA solar films.

Exceptional Acid Resistance: The masterbatch has excellent acid resistance, producing a protective barrier against acid-induced breakdown. It effectively neutralises acids while protecting the integrity of solar cells.

Enhanced Module Longevity: PV modules treated with the masterbatch have increased longevity and durability. The improved acid resistance offers long-lasting performance and minimised degradation over time.


Minimal Impact on Film Properties: Despite its significant effectiveness in increasing acid resistance, the masterbatch has little effect on the optical and mechanical properties of EVA film. It maintains both transparency and flexibility.

The masterbatch maintains stability in extreme environmental circumstances such as temperature changes, humidity, and UV exposure. This guarantees that PV modules work consistently throughout climates.
