Coace® W1L-2 is a maleic anhydride functionalized polyethylene with high grafting rate. It is in granule form.
LSZH cable materials are formulated with the innovative Maleic Anhydride Functionalized Polyethylene acting as a reactive coupling agent. This coupling agent increases the reactivity and compatibility with different cable components by adding maleic anhydride groups onto the polyethylene backbone, therefore enhancing the overall performance of the cable system.

Typical Application
1. To be used as coupling agent for polyethylene based compounds, like LSZH cable compounds, WPC compounds,etc.
2. To be used as bonding strength in coextrusion processes between polyethylene or ethylene copolymers and different materials, like polyamides, EVOH, etc. It is can be diluted by LLDPE, or LDPE.
3. To be used as a impact modifiers for polyamide conditions.
