Silane Functional Photovoltaic Film Additives With High Transfer Rate

COACE's main products are compatibilizers, tougheners and functional additives, which are used in: modified plastics, wood-plastic profiles, low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant cables, PP extruded sheets, PE extruded sheets, and anti-corrosion pipes Coatings, hot melt adhesives, photovoltaic film additives and other fields, among which special products such as nylon ultra-low temperature toughener, polyester compatible toughener, alloy compatibilizer have reached the domestic advanced level.

R2120 is a type of ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer that has been functionalized with silane.  R2120 film additives exhibit excellent compatibility with various photovoltaic film materials, optimizing the transfer rate of incident light.

Characteristic


Silane Functionalization: These additives are infused with silane functional groups, which enhance their compatibility with the photovoltaic film matrix. The silane groups facilitate stronger intermolecular interactions, leading to improved film adhesion and stability.
