Coace ® W1A-1 is an anhydride modified polyolefin elastomer with extremely lowodor and TVOC, which has low glass transition temperature characteristics.
Modern impact modifier anhydride modified polyolefin elastomer offers a complete improvement to the mechanical characteristics of PA6 and PA66 by integrating smoothly with these polymers. Toughness and impact resistance are greatly enhanced by the network of reactive sites these elastomers establish by grafting maleic anhydride, which chemically bonds with the amide groups in PA6 and PA66.
Anhydride modified polyolefin elastomers are a major advancement in polymer science used as impact modifiers for PA6 and PA66.
