Chemical Functionalized Low Glass Transition Temperature Impact Modifiers for PA6

Coace® W1F-2 is a kind of chemical functionalized propylene base copolymer with low glass transition temperature. It owns high fluidity during the manufacturingprocess.

Characteristic

 
Maleic Anhydride Modification: The impact modifiers are meticulously modified to increase their reactivity and compatibility with PA6.

Low Glass Transition Temperature (Tg): Designed with a low glass transition temperature, which allows for greater impact strength and flexibility even at lower temperatures.

Chemical Functionalization: The modifiers are chemically functionalized to increase their dispersibility within the PA6 matrix, resulting in more uniform distribution and improved performance.

Polypropylene Base: Derived from polypropylene, the impact modifiers retain polypropylene's intrinsic qualities while adding toughness and impact resistance to PA 6.

Improved Toughness: Significantly increases the toughness and impact resistance of PA6, lowering the likelihood of cracking and fracture under stress.
