Product Description: Coace® B1F
Coace® B1F is a maleic anhydride modified polypropylene (PP) featuring a high grafting rate and ultra-high fluidity. This product is presented as white or light-yellow granules, with a density of 0.92 g/cm³ and an exceptionally high melt flow rate of 200-300 g/10min (measured at 190°C with a 2.16 kg load), ensuring excellent processability. Its high maleic anhydride content significantly improves adhesion strength, compatibility, and mechanical properties in various industrial applications.
Specific Applications
Coupling Agent for Polypropylene-Based Compounds
Coace® B1F is highly effective as a coupling agent in polypropylene-based compounds, enhancing the adhesion between infill materials (such as glass fibers, talc, or other fillers) and the polymer matrix, improving mechanical properties and material performance.
Compatibilizer for Polyamide and Polypropylene Blends
This product serves as an excellent compatibilizer for improving the compatibility between polyamide and polypropylene, enabling better dispersion and adhesion in polymer blends and composites.
